Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This policy explains what the marketing pages on simulevo.com and the browser games under /play actually process. You do not need an account to use Simulevo; your game progress stays in your own browser and is never sent to our servers.
1. Data controller
The controller for this service is Ahmet Samet Yüzlü, based in Ankara, Türkiye. For privacy and personal-data requests, contact hello@simulevo.com. Simulevo is a brand name; the legal counterparty is the person named above.
2. What this policy covers
It covers the marketing pages on the simulevo.com domain and the browser games served under /play. The mobile apps have not been released yet; when they are, the notices of the app store you download them from will apply alongside an updated version of this policy.
3. Accounts and identifying details
There is no registration, no sign-in and no user profile on Simulevo. Simulevo does not ask for direct identity or contact details in order to play: no name, email address, phone number, date of birth or payment details. That said, when you reach the site, limited technical records such as your IP address, the time of the request, the address requested, the HTTP status code and your browser details may be created for the security and technical operation of the service. These records are described in section 5 below.
4. What is stored in your browser
Two things stay in your browser and nowhere else. The first is your language: a strictly necessary cookie named NEXT_LOCALE remembers which one you are reading in. The second is your game progress and theme preference: each game keeps its own save in the browser’s localStorage. None of it is sent to us or held on our servers, and clearing the site’s data in your browser deletes it. The Cookie Policy lists the details.
5. Server, security and error logs
The pages are served from Simulevo’s own servers. As on any web server, incoming requests are written to technical logs: IP address, time of request, the address requested, the HTTP status code and the browser string. Those logs exist to run the service, find faults and stop abuse; they are not used for advertising, profiling or personalisation.
6. When you email us
When you email hello@simulevo.com, your email address, the contents of your message, the time it was sent and the technical details of the email are processed in order to answer your request. Because our email runs through a service provider located outside Türkiye, this information may be processed and stored on servers abroad for the purpose of providing that service. This transfer is not made for advertising, profiling or marketing. You are not required to email us; it is not needed to use the service. When reporting a problem it helps to say which game, which browser and which device; do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information; we need none of it. Your email data is used only for correspondence and support.
7. Third-party services
No analytics, advertising, social or tracking tool runs on the site. Fonts are served from the site itself rather than fetched from an outside server, so loading a page makes no request to any third-party address. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. The only infrastructure involved is the hosting that serves the pages and the email service behind our contact address. That email service runs through a provider located outside Türkiye.
8. Purposes and legal bases
The language cookie and the game save are necessary for the service to work the way you asked it to. Server logs are kept to keep the service secure and available, which under the GDPR rests on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) and under Turkish data protection law on the controller’s legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Email correspondence is processed so that we can answer you.
9. Retention
Game saves and preferences held in your browser stay until you delete them; they are not kept on Simulevo servers. Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 90 days. Ordinary support and contact emails are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the request is closed. Records relating to a security incident, a dispute or a legal obligation are kept until the relevant investigation and statutory retention period has ended.
10. Transfers
Your game saves are transferred nowhere, because they never leave your device. Server logs stay in our hosting environment. Your email correspondence, however, is processed and stored on the servers of an email service provider located outside Türkiye, so emailing us does transfer that data abroad. The sole purpose of the transfer is to answer your request; no transfer is made for advertising, profiling or marketing.
11. Your rights under the GDPR and KVKK
Under GDPR Art. 15-22 and Art. 11 of the Turkish data protection law you may ask whether data about you is processed, obtain access to it, have it corrected or erased, object to the processing and complain to your supervisory authority. Write to hello@simulevo.com. Anything held in your browser you can delete yourself, independently of us, through your browser’s option to clear site data.
12. Children’s privacy
Simulevo does not verify age and asks nobody for their age, identity or contact details; the games are played without an account. If we notice that a child has sent us personal information by email, we delete that correspondence.
13. Changes and contact
This policy is updated as the service changes; the date at the top of the page shows when it last was. For any question about privacy, write to hello@simulevo.com.
