Terms of Use

By using Simulevo you accept the terms below. They are short because the service is: browser demos played without an account, and the pages that describe them.
1. What the service is
Simulevo consists of limited browser demos of simulation games about business and finance, and the marketing pages that describe them. The demos run in the browser without registration and are not the full versions. Some games in the catalogue are still in development and are marked as such on their pages.
2. Demo licence
Simulevo grants you a temporary, revocable and non-transferable permission to use the limited browser demos of the playable games solely for individual, non-commercial evaluation. Access to a demo grants no licence to any full version, no right of institutional use and no right to incorporate the content into a course or training programme. Prior written permission is required for use in a classroom, a school, a university, in-house training, a paid course, consultancy or any other institutional setting. Demo content may be limited in duration, features, scenarios or progression; the scope of the demos may be changed without notice, and the demos may be withdrawn entirely.
3. Prohibited uses
You may not resell the service, present it as your own product, copy or redistribute its content without permission, place excessive load on it with automated tools, attempt to circumvent its security, or use it for an unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with others’ use.
4. Intellectual property
The games’ code, the simulation models, the text, the artwork and the Simulevo name and logo belong to Simulevo. Outside the limits of the demo permission above they may not be copied, modified, distributed or used to produce derivative works.
5. The simulations are not advice
The games are simplified models built to teach; they do not reproduce how real markets, businesses or economies behave. Nothing on any screen is financial, legal, tax, career or business advice. Before making a real decision, consult someone qualified in the field.
6. Your progress, and losing it
Your saves live only in your own browser; we hold no copy. Clearing your browser data, using a private window, or moving to another device or browser means you will not reach that save. Progress that is lost cannot be restored by us.
7. Changing or discontinuing the service
We may update the games, change their balance, add new ones or withdraw one. An update can leave an older save unable to load. We reserve the right to discontinue all or part of the service without prior notice.
8. No warranty
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or without fault, that it will look the same in every browser, or that the simulation results are fit for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the applicable law allows, Simulevo is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, for lost profit, for lost data or game progress, or for the consequences of decisions taken in reliance on simulation results. Rights granted to consumers that cannot be limited by contract are unaffected.
10. Third-party app stores
Mobile apps may be offered for free or for a fee when released. Current pricing and terms will be displayed in the relevant app store. When you download an app from a store, that store’s own agreement applies alongside these terms; purchase, refund and invoicing are governed by the store’s rules.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current text is always published on this page and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. In consumer transactions, users retain their statutory right to apply to the legally competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts. For jurisdiction agreements that the law permits between merchants, the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
